Whats the best electronic cigarette to buy for the money?

Sunday, February 27th, 2011I am looking for an electronic cigarette with these several key characteristics:
1. Decently priced. ( just not the most expensive)
2. Cartridges are easily refillable with home made vapor liquid. <—— this is the MOST important function!
3. Comes with “cigarette pack” type charger.
4. Nice smooth drag or “pull.”
5. Cartridge and atomizer need to be separate.
If you have happened to have found a brand like this, please let me know. I am trying to research a couple different brands before I make a commitment, so any help is deeply appreciated.
