What Supplier of Electronic Cigarette is the best?

I’ve been looking to buy some E-cigs.. but there are sooo many suppliers out there and i dont know who is more legit.. I know some suppliers might not deliver what they claim for example the amount of actual nicotine in the liquid… or the quality of their product, size, battery life.. Vapor amoutn, etc.. Can Anyone help

    I think that the best e-cig I have ever used is the Blackjack 2 piece model from 21 Century Smoking. They have a decen variety of cartridges as well. Personally, I prefer the models with cartomizers, and their cartomizers don’t disappoint at all!
