Before he was famous and with his original band.
He was great in those days and I used to follow his band around. I miss it, it was much better then and more intimate than the huge places he plays now… but good for Michael, he deserves it. I smoked for more than 10 years & now Ive completely stopped smoking normal cigarettes. I can breathe easier & no longer cough. Ive tried patches, nicotine gum, you name it! I started w/ disposable units that were cheap but they provided no throat hit, I thought, is that it? So I did my research. After researching online for various companies & prices, I found Freshsmoking . com Theyve got the best prices, their starter kits start at only $45 dollars & the rest of their accessories are much cheaper than anywhere else Ive seen. The best part about it is that their units provide a strong throat hit & a great battery & cartridge life. Ive had my unit now for more than a month & its still going strong! Also, their customer service was great & I received my package in just 2 days! I highly recommend them!
Those were the days. A pre-commercial Mike Buble.
Sorry I don’t have any other videos from back then, I actually have recordings from his early concerts but no videos.
I can’t remember exactly but it was right after his first album came out. I think I went to all of the Blue Note shows back then.
They weren’t empty even back then, always full! The clubs were a lot smaller but always sold out. I miss those days.
I used to be on the MB boards way back when but not anymore.
Nice to see this..wish it was longer. It must have been great to see him in the small clubs. Fame hasn’t changed him..thank goodness.
When was this. I didn’t know that he had a version of Moondance before his first record. Is this after the record dropped or before?
It’s hard to believe just how much his venues have changed in a few years though. I’m jealous of those people that used to see him a clubs that where almost empty…what an experience!
Are you on the MB boards?
wow i never knew he sang at the blue note….thats pretty neat!
