Free Electronic Cigarettes

I bought a white clouds electronic cigarette from the mall today. it was amazing. it worked great and all until it ran out of battery. i went home and plugged it up with the charger they gave me and it started smoking…ALOT. it burned a cigarette sized hole in my couch and it lightly burned my finger. i quickly unplugged it and it was still really hot and didnt cool down. i put it outside on concrete so it doesnt burn down my house. what can i sue the white clouds company for? please help me and explain. thanks
Steve D. – it was on charge for not even 10 seconds b4 it started to smoke. thats why it was touching the couch.
