I’m trying to quit smoking but don’t want the nicotine, just want the…action of smoking, the feel and I was wondering if I can use an Electronic cigarette but fill it with water or something and smoke just straight water vapor. I don’t know if thats possible or how they work.

what nicotine percentage cartridges come in the 21st century electronic cigarettes?
Sunday, November 6th, 2011ive heard and read that the cartridges for the newer electronic cigarettes come in different nicotine percentages when you purchase the cartridges, mine are 1.6% but i was just wondering how many different levels are there available for purchase?
