Basically I was a distributor for an unnamed electronic cigarette company. The company advertises that these products contain no cancer causing ingredients. Well, the FDA has just released a study stating otherwise. They sold me on the idea of being a distributor based on false claims about their product. Now, I could potentially be liable. What kind of attorney should I seek and can anyone recommend a good one in the LA area.
I think I can legally sue them for false advertisement. They advertise the product as having no cancer causing agents, and it has been proven that it does. I called one lawyer today and he said I didn’t have a case because I haven’t been damaged and another lawyer said I had a great case but he wants a $300 up front consultation fee (BS!).

Monday, May 3rd, 2010I have been researching several different brands. SmokingEverywhere.com seems to be the best, but they are the most expensive. Njoy.com has the best price for quality, but the ones that actually look like cigarettes have VERY expensive cartridges. I’m not sure if I am over looking any good brands. Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks!!!
